As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yea, part of it is my fault. I left my work bully me into working OT. They said cuz i was out all last week, that I was WAY behind on my deadlines and that I needed to work a 60 hour work week. I told them my doctor advised against it, but then after our pipe disaster I figured we could use the extra cash. Plus I'm no longer under contract and I was worried if i told them no, i'd lose my job. =(
So I didn't stand up for myself.
BIg big big mistake... now my pain is back and i feel horrible.
