I got an email from White House Black Market about their Spring Collection preview!  And here I've been waiting for more stores to put out some more thick sweaters for Winter.  It seemed like there have been more thin sweaters so far this year (understandable b/c it's still Fall), and not many thick ones.  In Macy's today at lunch, I saw some sweaters, but then also some slinky warm-weather dress.   Did I miss the Winter lines, or did some stores just not have large lines?

I've felt the same way the past couple of months. It doesn't seem like there were that many of the heavier sweaters for sale this year..

Oh-I am sure they are waiting until the 26th and then the swimsuits will come out. I havent noticed thick sweaters either, but havent been out too much--more the layered look.

I've noticed this too!  I'm on the hunt for thicker sweaters for our Europe trip, and I haven't had much luck.

I went shopping today for a sweater too and got so frustrated that spring clothes were out I just gave up.  I guess I missed the winter lines too.

i can see doing that with the fashion shows but not with the actual stores!

I'm with Brooke - I think it's because the layered look has been out so much.  I'm having a hard time thinking about wearing a thick sweater though - it's been over 70 here!

Yeah, it was hot here today, too.  I guess I'll have to submit to the layered look and also rotate last winter's sweaters again.
