Can anyone explain to me how to put a picture for my signature? I've tried everything I can think of, but I only end up getting the tinyurl link and no picture. TIA!!

Now I just get a white box with a red X. Ugh....why is this is difficult for me?!
Does it matter where I get the picture from? I was using Shutterfly.
