Anyone have a quiche recipe?

I love quiche but have never made it.  I thought about making one for Christmas morning to take to my brothers. Does anyone have a good but easy recipe.

quiche are super easy! I make them all the time, I don't generally follow a recipe, though, I just toss things together...

First, start with an unbaked pie shell.?

My favorite is ham, broccoli and cheese: approx 2 cups diced ham, 1 cup cooked broccoli (I often just microwave frozen florets), about 1/2 diced onion, and 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or mixed cheddar and swiss.) Combine the above in a large bowl, then pour into pie shell.

In another bowl, crack 6-8 eggs, whisk in a little milk or cream, salt and pepper, a splash of Tabasco, and pour over the ham mixure in the pie shell. If the egg doesn't fill to the top, whisk a few more eggs and pour those over.

Bake in a preheated 350 oven for about 35 mins, or until the top is golden and set.?

I also like salmon, dill and cream cheese quiche; shrimp, asparagus, hearts of palm and guereye (sp?)....
