WTF. New mailman today and...

He did half of our street and then left.  Of course, he stopped at the house next door to mine so I did not get my mail.

 

I've never seen this before and am wondering if he's going to come back?

We have a new one this week also.  This one broke my potted plant and tried to walk away. I said "excuse me" he said "oh sorry" how rude. He didn't even pick it up. 

Never heard of one doing half of the street.  Maybe he had to use the restroom.

LOL well now that I think about it he was walking like he was uncomfortable.  LOL.

 

He better come back!  I have a bill out there that needs to be taken.  LOL

Okay, weird a completely different guy came and brought our mail.  Odd, something must have been wrong with the other guy.

My dad is a mailman.  If they happen to get sick while on their route, they're told to return to the station to get someone else to pick up the rest of the route or meet another mailman on their route to hand over the undelivered mail. Maybe he wasn't feeling well. Glad you got your mail!  I always feel for the letter carriers.  Rain or shine, sick or not sick, the mail still has to be delivered.

my mailman does that, he'll show up, do half the street, drive away, come back. And mine has a limp, too, so I feel really bad for him trudging up and down the block.
