Hey everyone! Well, during the month of December, we managed to find a Wii.. so i finally have one! I'm so excited
A few questions:
1. How many controllers/nunchucks do you have? We have two, we're considering buying two more, should we?
2. How often do the batteries on your remotes go out? Would it be worth buying the chargers?
3. Well, my mom knowing that we were getting a Wii, wanted to buy me the "wii fit" Well...i'm really not familiar with the wii fit, can someone explain it to me? My mom got us this 5 in 1 fitness bundle that when we looked at it..is just accessories. So i'm even more confused. What all do we need to buy to start using the Wii Fit?
4. What games do you have, and who likes/dislikes them in your family? So far, we have Mario Party 8, Mario Cart, and Super smash brothers.
5. Do you tend to travel with your Wii, to other people's homes, or is it something that is typically stationary.
6. Being the organized one, I want a place for all my stuff...but I'm finding that my Wii stuff is "everywhere"...how do you store the remotes/stuff while you're not using them?
7. What accessories do you have with your Wii? Which ones are helpful to have or not really worth the money?
Well, I think that's about it, thanks in advance for any insight that any of you might have Have a fantastic weekend
Re: Nintendo Wii questions
Congrats on getting a Wii. I LOVE mine!
1. I believe we have 4 controllers and 2 nunchucks. When my husband and I play, the 2 is fine, but if we have more playing, then the others come in handy.
2. It seems like the batteries stay for a long time to me. However, we did buy the charger and it was well worth it too. It just depends on how much you end up playing it.
3. The only thing you need to buy for the Wii Fit is the actual game. It will come in a rather large long box and will say Wii Fit on it. That will give you the game along with a balance board.
4. I tend to like more of the "cheesy" games so we have the Wii Sports that I think comes with the Wii, American Idol, some driving game, Guitar Hero and Guitar Hero Aerosmith, Rockband, Dancing with the Stars, and I'm sure a couple others that I'm forgetting.
5. We haven't brought the Wii to anyone's house, but if someone asked us to, we would.
6. We put all of our stuff in our entertainment center. Then the little bar thing goes on top of the middle part of our entertainment center with the tv above/behind it.
7. The only accessories we have are ones that came with the games - guitars for Guitar Hero, guitar, drums, etc from Rock Band, microphone from American Idol and Rockband.
Let me know if you have any other questions and enjoy your Wii!
1. We have 4 controllers, 2 nunchucks, and one wheel. 4 def come in handy for get togethers. And if you have a Wii what a perfect reason for a party
2. Our batteries take a while to get low. Depends on how much you play. Rechargeable double A's and the recharger for that is cheaper and just as easy.
4. We love Mario Party, Mario Cart, Guitar Hero World Tour (we don't have it but have played it) and we downloaded Trivia King and it is alot of fun for parties. My husband likes Zelda.
5. We take our Wii everywhere. It travels easily in a canvas bag.
6. A little basket in our entertainment center
have fun!1. we have 4 and 4, we have wii nights with our friends and need all the controllers we can get...
2.Charger is VERY worth it
3. you dont need much for wii fit, I suggest you keep the board out to stare at you
4. games we play the most, Wii Play, We Ski, Olympics, Game Hunter, Guitar Hero, and Rockband
5. Have wii will travel
6. We keep all the games in a CD holder (like the material ones), we keep all extra remotes etc in wii backpack
love the wii!
7.Chargers, backpack for wii(again we travel all the time with it),
