Good Evening Ladies,
Hope you do not mind a knottie crashing your party. I am wondering if any of you used a DIY aisle runner outside on grass. I am on the fence and my JP has me all worried that someone is going to fall.
TIA for your input.
Re: Aisle Runner
My wedding ceremony was inside but I didn't use one either. I have seen flower petals and fall leaves (depending on when your wedding is) look just as beautiful and much safer
We also did not do it, because of the elderly guests and let me be honest, im not the most graceful. Unfortunately, the DIY aislerunner is really just a "Knot" trend and not worth the extra money. You wont even notice that its not there.
It doesnt seem like it now, but I promise you that at the end of the wedding and days afterwards you wont even remember what it was that you were so stressed or on the fence about doing/having. We picked all of our music together and the most stressful songs was the garter/bouquet. It was so bad that I asked my dj to make the decision based off of the rest of our song list (stick to the theme). I couldnt even tell you what he picked. I tried to remember a couple days after the wedding and I had no idea. My guess is that you wont remember after the wedding not having it. :-) I hope this helps... because I wish someone reminded me of this before my wedding!
