As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I brought one of those little peddle thing to work, and while at my desk used it? Its like the bike peddles... I am trying to loose weight and thought that would be something I could do while at work...WHAT DO YOU THINK?

How big/quiet is it? I guess it depends on how quiet/discreet you can be.
My office is also pretty casual. I'm sitting at my desk right now barefoot.
