    There are definitely posts missing.  When they made the change on TB, it ate a bunch of posts too.  Some of them eventually reappeared, but most were gone forever :(

    yeah, mine is gone but that's okay. my question had gotten answered a few pages after where where I was at the time of posting. 

    I don't think it's that unreasonable for a few posts to go missing. They had to save all the data to switch it over to the new format and there's always bound to be another post between the data save and the switch. Anything major could always be reposted.
