Grant/Downpayment Assistance Programs for SD Home buyers
Hi,
I am a local nestie and I wanted to let everyone know there are several grant programs out there for those looking to purchase a new home in San Diego County. The programs vary depending on the area and are income based. The minimum down is only 1% for some! If you have more questions let me know! They are really awesome programs, I don't think enough people know or are utilizing them so I am spreading the word!
