favorite running song...

and go.....

I have to do a long run tomorrow (ie. 20 minutes straight) and I need some good songs to keep me going. Nothing too fast though because I'm slow and I don't want to run too fast.

Re: favorite running song...

  • I should probably be embarrassed to say Justin Bieber's "Never Say Never", but I'm not. Totally pushes me through that last leg of my run.

As you can see I have quite the mix with my running music, but they're for about a 10-11min mile pace and have enough ups and downs in them that it keeps you going through. This was for about a 35 minute run.

Also, I use the website rockmyrun.com a lot. If you go there for the first time, you can download a free mix. There's oldies, hip-hop, rock, etc. They're DJ's that mix together songs for different paces.

Totally not a reflection of age. Those songs are workout classics.
