Late night reading. It's been awhile!

It's been quite some time that a book has me so hooked that I'm willing to stay up for it.  I stayed up later than I should have to begin with, but Wes was up for a good chunk of time last night (damn teeth) that by the time I got back to bed I was wired.  I was up until 3 reading Magic Rises.  I'm exhausted today, but it's the good, accomplished kind.  It feels so good to love a book so much.   It's been a loooong time.

@sweetrhytms It's # 6 in the Kate Daniels series.  It's an awesome Urban Fantasy with a BAMF for a main female character. Also, a hot lion shifter.

@hoycie I'm forgoing the lunch nap in favor or MORE READING.  Woohoo!

@elistar It's SO GOOD.  I want to make a comparison, but I don't want to spoil anything.

Yay for great books!!  I'm listening to Magic Strikes right now and I think I will be gobbling up the next three books because things are getting really good!

I haven't read a book like that in a while. I'm desperate for an all-day, all-night, can't put it down kinda book.

I have recommended it to her a bunch of times. If she could get through the first book, she'd LOVE it.

I love all-night books. I've never heard of this series though. I'll definitely check it out!

I did that last night as well. It started as a way to get calm enough to sleep and the next thing I knew I was finished. It wasn't that late only 1 but I could have read the next book in that series last night if I had it at hand.
