As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Husband and midnights
My husband works shift work and its hard to work and cook meals by the time he leaves. I need some good quick and easy recipes to cook !!

Chicken Pesto Sandwiches
Pan fried chicken breasts with 2 minced cloves of garlic, salt and pepper and olive. Fried until cooked through. Spread pesto sauce on both sides of a sub style roll, placed chicken on top and topped with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven about 5-10 mins until cheese was melted. You could also grill the chicken.
