For all the gardeners with extra
A friend of mine on FB just made the following suggestion and it made me think of you. There is a homeless shelter in her area that will accept homegrown veggies. She suggested talking to your local soup kitchens, homeless shelters, etc. to see if they will accept donated food that is homegrown.
One, it gets the extra stuff out of your house. Two, it will go to a good cause.
