First full day back at work!
Today was my first full day with the students at my school. I know I have mentioned it before, but I'm doing 4th grade Math and Spelling. I had them for third grade so when they came for "meet and greet" yesterday it was really great to see all of "my kids" from the previous year. They are switching classes this year. It's going to be different, I'm scared that I will run out of time and not finish my lessons but we will see how it goes.
They frustrated me some today haha, you see like I said I had them for third grade so I know what they learned in Math last year. I did only have 17 of them and now I have all 49 three different times a day. They couldn't remember how to divide or convert measurements and had some trouble remembering their multiplication facts. I guess their minds shut off during the summer, I just have to get them re-started haha.
Well there isn't a real point to this post, I just wanted to share about my day....
