Manic Monday
How did everyone's weekends turn out? Like you thought? I know mine didn't. I worked 10 hours Saturday. So many babies! And Sunday I did diddly squat due to a massive migraine. We did go out to The Movie Exchange ( the Half Price Books of movie stores) to buy two movies we wanted to watch/ own. They were having a sale so we ended up getting 11 movies for $51! That was way cheaper then if we even bought all the DVDs individually there. I am working today and I hope it's a good day. At least my migraine is gone.
Re: Manic Monday
Saturday was pretty lazy. I had intended to get up and go to Crossfit first thing but both classes were totally full. Instead I had a lazy morning with the pup, played outside with him a bunch, and in the evening went to dinner and a movie with MIL. We saw The Heat which was really funny.
Sunday I cleaned the kitchen, did all of the laundry and straightened up around the house. The pup and I watched Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. We made dinner and got lunches and breakfast ready for the week.
Overall a nice, relaxing weekend
On Friday- DH and I made dinner, and then took the bikes out for a ride. I came home before DH - I needed to get to bed.
Saturday - I had a softball tourney. We had such a struggle getting the team to show up for tourney. Of the 15 we had on the team, only 7 said they could be there. Ugh! We lost our first two games, so we were done. SInce I was done by noon...DH and I took the bikes down to Nashville. We had some awesome ice cream and bought some fudge! Afterwards, we went to dinner with his family and then went to the to a free concert. The town we live in has an ampitheatre and they have free concerts most Saturdays during the summer...it was cool!
Sunday - I went boating with my parents and obe if their friends who has a boat. It was awesome - definitely got some sun! We tubed, and I tried to Ski. If only I had a week out on the water, I would totally be able to ski! But trying to ski once or twice a year...doesn't usually work out! When I got home, I logged into work and worked for an hour or so.
We definitely had a good weekend!
