I have an interview at an Elementary school tomorrow. I am kind of nervous, but hopeful that I might be able to get this one. Question though, I had not planned on telling the principals at the interviews that I was pregnant for fear that I may not get the job. When would you guys advise me telling them? I really don't think I should tell at the interview, but how soon after I get the job should I let them know? How would you go about telling them? It's all so complicated.... ugh...
I could really use T&P for my interview tomorrow also.

Re: Job update-Interview
Legally, you absolutely do not have to tell them. They are also legally barred from asking you. I would guess that given there were equally qualified applicants, if you told them you would not get the position
I would probably try to hide it. Are you showing yet?
