s/o Motivational Monday

In yesterday's thread there was some health talk and @sneetches and I were discussing that it might be nice to have a health related check in.  Would anyone be interested? Or is it something that we should keep to Motivational Mondays?  Would you guys be OK with us posting weight loss/health items (pounds lost in the last week, challenges, etc) in the MM post?  What do you think is a good solution to this? I know we talked about having daily posts, but I don't want to over do it and clutter the board.

  • I think it's fine either way, really.

  • I'm good with it.  We used to do this once upon a time.

  • I would have no problem with it but daily posts about health might be too much. Maybe a check in once a week.

Sorry, yes.  That's what I meant.  I meant to reference that we had talked about having posts daily about different things.  Friday confessions, Motivational Monday, Trivia Thursday, etc.

I'm not sure we decided.  Really, I'm not sure we decided for sure about any of the days. Though I think the ones we've done so far are great!
