Other than closing on our refi tomorrow, a glorious amount of nothing!!

I'll probably end up doing a bunch of cleaning and we'll need to go grocery shopping to restock the fridge. But that's about it!

Our environmental services is having a chunk your junk day tomorrow, so we are taking some stuff up there.  Then I have acupuncture and then I am taking a pole dancing fitness class with my friend (I am sure I will be super awkward!).

Other than that, we are working on packing and cleaning.  The movers come next weekend, so we need to have everything ready!

I have a bachelorette party for the wedding that I am now going to be a bridesmaid in. We are headed to a winery and then staying at a hotel downtown and going to Shouthouse and maybe other places. I don't know if I'm going to be able to keep up with these young'ns.

DH is leaving tomorrow morning for a week of Army training.  I'm taking the dog to the vet in the morning and then going to the mall (on a Saturday - yes, I'm crazy) to look for rain jackets.

Sunday I'm having brunch with a couple girlfriends.

I'd also like to get a run or two in.

I am having lunch with some Nesties tomorrow. Sunday Alan and I are hosting a lobster bake for our families as a thank you for all they have been doing for us. I will just get to cook, though because stupid work! Harumph! I hate doing all the work to catch lobsters and then watching other people get to eat them! Sad :-(

Tonight we're cleaning out the garage from H's car project, and my landscaping projects...Boo!

Tomorrow I have a TS party in the morning/early afternoon, then we are going to the city for car shopping, out to a fancy dinner for our anniversary, and the comedy club.

Sunday we just have church in the morning, but it's our actual anniversary. I will likely clean the house and get some other projects done, and we plan on grilling and eating our cake (to which I need to figure out how to thaw properly).

We are camping with my parents, some cousins and some friends from their church. We rent several kayaks for everyone else and DH and I take ours so a lot of the weekend will be spent on the water.

I'm hoping to do not much of anything this weekend. Last weekend was kind of crazy with the running around, and I just want two days to just laze around with the boys and relaaaax.

Easy peasy. Pull it out of the freezer Saturday and let thaw to room temp. Ours was still just as good as on our wedding day! (Granted, I think having fondant really kept the inside perfect, since no one ever even wrapped the cake up, just stuck it in a box and threw the box in the freezer.)

Ours is wrapped in foil and plastic wrap. Should I take all of that off before thawing?  Do you think I would be safe to take it out on Sunday morning and let it thaw at room temp? To be ready by about 7ish.

Depending how big it is, it might not thaw by the evening if you pull it out in the morning. I'd be on the safe side and at least take it out Saturday evening. I have no idea if you should unwrap it, haha!

Today is the 2nd out of 3 home study visits. The licensing person will be hanging out with us 3-4 hours today, so I will be glad when it is over. Saturday my grandpa is the grand Marshall of his little towns parade, so we are going to watch that & have lunch with him. Saturday night we are celebrating our anniversary. Sunday we are having lunch with one of my old coworkers and her husband. They are currently adopting from the same agency that my husband and I are using. Their adoption will be finalized next week, so we are meeting with them to hear tips, tricks, what to really expect (not just what the agency tells you to expect)

I'm trying "poo-teeeeen" for the first time with Bruins and amandaf tomorrow. SO excited, but I still haven't figured out what to wear.

Sunday I will likely be nesting and hanging out on my couch while DH works.

Monday is both the start of school and the day my sister, whom I haven't seen since my wedding, and her boyfriend arrive for a visit. So this weekend should consist entirely of cleaning and class prep. But parties are also happening, what with school starting Monday, so we're going out drinking tonight and tomorrow and cleaning/prepping during the day tomorrow and Sunday.

This weekend is the last 2 days of vacation. We head home Sunday and have family dinner on Sunday night. I have Monday off to catch up before heading back to work on Tuesday.

It is a lazy weekend for us.  Going out to dinner tonight and renting 42.  Tomorrow we are going to hit golf balls, and just hanging out around the house.

Well, I ended up going in to my classroom today and worked for 2 1/2 hours. Tonight we're going out to dinner. Tomorrow we've got a family reunion and Sunday we've got church things.

DH told me he wants the 5 nearly empty vodka/rum bottles in the freezer gone by the end of the weekend. So I poured a little marshmallow vodka in my second mug of coffee.

We have a boat load of yard work to do, and apparently 200 miles in 2 days wasn't enough, so H is going on some long bicycle ride with a buddy.

I plan on catching up on some reading, and there is a fair we might head to! On Sunday there is a concert at one of our favorite vineyards. I hope that's enough fun to offset all the yard work!

We are going to continue to work on the outside of the house and the Sunday is a party at my grandfather's/husband and cousin putting my grandfather's gutters up.

I'm hoping that husband and I can get some time together this weekend. It feels like since we moved into our house we haven't had the time to spend together. We need to make the extra effort.

Good luck @fajita814! I'm going to the baseball game tomorrow with my family and some friends from OOT. Sunday is our church picnic. Other than that, it is H's last Saturday off before classes start, so hopefully well just enjoy time together.
