Update - doesn't look good (sort of PR)
Tested again this morning at 12DPO and the line is even lighter, more or less BFN. I am also cramping and spotting. We had a glimmer of hope but it's already over.
Going to go to the Dr. for a blood test so it's on record but not even sure if that will register +.
