trying to find this macaroni salad recipe...
I had macaroni salad at a party the other day and I really want to figure out the recipe for it. It was elbow macaroni and celery as the two main ingredients (no egg at all). Maybe some onion? The dressing was definitely mayonnaise based, but the salad was on the drier side (not saucy at all). It had a slightly sweet flavor to it. There wasn't any tuna in it, but it tasted like a kind of macaroni salad you would add tuna to, if that makes sense! Ha!
It was a pot luck type thing and I don't know who made the salad or I would track down the recipe that way. Thanks for any suggestions or ideas for what the recipe might have been!
