Speaking of honoring awesome grandparents...
Brinley had her first sleepover last night at my parents house--which was great in itself, but my grandpa and parents surprised her with a pony. A REAL LIVE PONY.
My grandpa (who is 93) has been saying for over a year that when she turns 6 he's buying her a pony (I had horses growing up,so this is not strange to me :-). Apparently he got tired of waiting for her to turn 6, so enter Cotton Candy. I'll post some pics after our visit this weekend.

*please note I was annoyed by the giant pink unicorn in my siggy pic when it showed up... but unicornia has since grown on me. And being in a bigger house seems far less annoying.
