NBR: Cucumbers

I make cucumber tomato salad (you're not the nestie who is afraid of tomatoes, are you?).  Chop tomatoes and a cucumber (I don't peel it but that's your prerogative), toss with white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and dried tarragon, all to taste.  Done.  I bring this to church lunch thingies all summer because I know their only "vegetable" options are either completely overcooked or mixed into heavy mayo-based salads.

I LOVE tomatoes and cucumbers and I can't stand mayo. I'm totally trying this. Thanks!
