Need decorating advice!! 1st home
Bought our first home but now comes the decorating/color schemes and I am FAR FROM a decorator! We are going for the cottage/country rustic feel in the house. Our living room below is a blue accent wall with all the others tan. It is a living room/dining combo and the kitchen table is a farmhouse chestnut color. Windows go right to the top of the couch. The green/tan pillows can be changed. Looking for advice on color/fabric of curtains! There are 4 windows, 2 behind couch and 2 behind table. Should we go with long, to the ground or to just the window sill. They are smaller windows. Need a color scheme or some idea of décor. We have put up a mauve/purple flower photo on the left of the mirror. ANY ADVICE would help! Thanks!
