Do you pay your bills when you get them or when they are due?

Bill that are mailed, when I get them.  Although sometimes I time when I mail them out for when I get paid since H's pay isn't set.  I do a lot of online bill paying and that's usually set for a few days before it's due.

I pay all my bills at the end of every month online. I don't get paper bills for anything but our water bill. Even that I pay online.

I pay them based on our budget.  Usually it's when they are due.

I try to match bills up to our paycheck cycle...rent gets paid at the first of the month, other bills toward the middle of the month. It's a mix of when I get the bill and when it's due.

We also match bills to pay cycles, usually before they are due but sometimes the day of.

I usually do it based on pay cycles too.  Once we get paid I try to pay all the bills that are due for the next two weeks right away.  Some are on auto pay so it doesn't work out that way.

Another vote for pay cycles. Our utility bill came in last week, we both get paid Thursday. Mortgage comes out every Friday, truck payment comes out every other Monday (the monday after I get paid which works). H gets paid every week so the bills get paid usually after my pay periods.

I don't believe in online bill pay.  I know most people disagree with me.  I still write checks and mail all my bills, except my car payment.  They lost my payment once so I sent another.  Then about 2 weeks after receiving the second payments, they found the first and cashed that check also. 

I pay them around pay day, but usually before they're due.  Most of my due dates are like a week after pay day.

We usually pay our bills in stages. We have a few due at the beginning of the month, a few in the middle, and several at the end. We try to pay them a few days before they're due, but sometimes we have to wait until the day of, depending on our payday date.

We pay as they are due, a few days before. I also pay everything online except for one car payment and the mortgage. It's also based on pay cycles. I get paid the 15th and 30th of every month and H gets paid every Friday.

I get paid every other Friday and H gets paid on the 15th and 30th every month. We always use his check from the 30th to pay rent. Currently our roomie pays our electric and water and we pay the rent, so I'm not sure how those will work when we get our house! I'll pay them as I get them, I'm pretty sure. Otherwise, I check our CC bills anytime either of us get paid and pay any that are closed.
