We are desperate!! A frame comps in Cincinnati
Ok girls, we are desperate!!! Do any of you know of any A Frame homes in Cincinnati, oh??? We are in the pending stages of a house in Anderson Twp that we absolutely LOVE!!! but there aren't any comps for them to use, so it doesn't look like we are going to be able to get it unless we are able to locate 3 comparable properties. Ideally, we are looking for A frames within 10 miles of Anderson Township, but at this point, we are just looking for any. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate any help!!!
