Baby Bridget has arrived!
Hi everyone!
Just popping on to say that my little girl arrived on Friday evening! Bridget weighed in at 6 lbs 8 oz and was 19.5 inches long. She was a little ahead of her Sept. 8 due date and I was in total denial that she was ready to make her debut, even though I started feeling contractions early on Thursday morning. I went to work from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. that night (it was a long day because of new student orientation at the university I work at), but when I came home that night I told DH it was time to pack our bags and get ready. Went to the hospital around 5 a.m. on Friday and luckily had a pretty easy labor and delivery. She was born at 6:14 p.m. that night.
