Insomnia

Any advice on how to manage it? I thought I was in the clear, being so close to the end, but the last few nights I have literally laid in bed for 2-3 hours before being able to fall asleep. I feel tired, but can't sleep.

Re: Insomnia

  • I'm sorry :( I have no advice. I battled with it throughout my pregnancy and post partum. As well as during my lupron treatment. Of course I did the normal things like no caffeine close to bedtime and sleepy tea before bed but other than that I would read because it passed the time faster. And if I could I would nap throughout the day because I figured whenever my body would sleep I better sleep!

  • I have been having this issue as well. It sucks. So tired but can't sleep.

My grandma's advice was to drink a warm glass of milk right before bed. That kind of makes me vomit just thinking about it but maybe it would work for you???
