Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I received a call from a woman that I interviewed with saying that she would like to hire me pending she speaks to my references, which she said had tried but couldn't get in touch with them as of yet. I let a few days go by and followed up with her and left her a VM. Her VM said she was out of the office. I tried again yesterday and her VM said the same thing. It has been a week now and haven't heard anything. I know my references would say all good things about me so I don't know what the deal is. I am assuming that either, my refs are busy or said something to throw her off, or she has really been out of the office.
