Have you ever had to put your hand in the toilet?

More times than I would like to admit.  I've dropped a few phones in the toilet.  It never happens before you pee.

Ugh, yes and it was so nasty.  Even though the toilet hadn't been used, it was still so disgusting.  I can't remember what I dropped, but I definitely remember putting my hand in there.

I dropped an iPod into the toilet...it fell right out of my pocket : ( It was SO gross sticking my hand in to pul it out!!!!

I don't remember..?!  I DO remember knocking my glasses in the toilet once though.  But I think I would remember putting my hand in there.  Maybe I fished them out with a Styrofoam cup or something.

Yup. I dropped a toothbrush! I was never planning on using it again but I couldn't flush it!

The reason that I asked this is because I had to put my hand in the toilet just this weekend for the first time.  I was actually cleaning it with the Scrubbing Bubbles wand thingy and the pad got stuck in the hole in the bottom of the bowl.  Thankfully it was filled with bleach product and I had rubber gloves.  lol

I feel like I have, but only with gloves on!!! I don't specifically remember though...

My cell phone once fell out of my pocket as I was flushing the toilet. I had to stick my hand in as the phone was about to go down the drain(it was only pee). It was at home in my toilet that I had cleaned earlier in the day and I was still very grossed out. I should have let it go down, the phone didn't work after that anyway.

@sjs1013 Your hand doesn't feel clean for the rest of the day after that!  I have never had a phone survive that, so it;s not worth going after it.

Yes. At work. My phone fell out of my pocket. I'm pretty sure I'm still traumatized.

we have a tiiiiiny bathroom, and i feel like i am always knocking things into it, last week DH flushed my nail polish by accident! sooo gross

@Seipel12 No, your hand doesn't feel clean for the rest of the day.  And no, I suppose phones don't survive a good toilet swim, but to avoid a clogged pipe we have to fish them out and feel gross for the rest of the day
