What is your favorite salad topping? What is something you like on your salad that other people might think is strange?

There's a salad on the skinny menu at Cheesecake Factory that has pears, walnuts, and blue cheese in it. It seems like a weird combination, but it's delish!

Probably avocado!

I guess a weird salad combo is the watermelon and feta cheese salad that I make. It's watermelon, feta, lemon zest and juice, fresh mint, and baby spinach or arugula. It's the sweet and salty combo that makes it absolutely delicious!

Hard boiled eggs--some people hate them but I love them.

@nic12184 I love to put avocado chunks on my salad too!!  It completely eliminates the need for dressing and in my opinion tastes better.

I just love a lot of different salads.  I really like apples, hard boiled eggs, nuts, goat cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes.  Maybe not on the same salad, but definitely are my go to toppings.

I don't like fruit on my salad... it's just weird to me.

Chickpeas are my fave, I love the texture and flavor they add. Also, green olives.

I like sunflower seeds, avocado, tomatoes and cucumber.  I love melon salads, like the watermelon one mentioned above.  I also like goat cheese on any type of leafy salad.

Mmmm, I love salads! (I'm a vegetarian, it comes with the territory, lol).  I love black olives, which some people don't care for.  I also really love hard boiled eggs too, but those are more common.  My favorite topping though is probably mushrooms or zucchini

OMG I looooove black olives!!   I can eat a whole jar/can.

Hard boiled eggs, black olives, salami, dried cranberries, pineapple, mandarins, apples, feta cheese, jicama, shaved parmesan, roasted red bell pepper.  Of course, not all together. :-)

I love bacon on my salad. I don't do it very often but it is so good. I am also a lover of black amd green olives, sun flower seeds, strawberries, hard boiled eggs, steak and chicken.

Ps - my question today was going to be what is your fav fast food restaurant but I thought this is more fitting for the week. Lol

Mine is definitely avocado.

I never thought I would like fruit in my salad, but I do! I love salads loaded with fruit!

When I go to salad bars I load it down with onions, carrots, cheese, cucumbers, diced ham (which you can ask anyone who knows me, that's strange, I hate ham!!), boiled eggs, crushed crackers, and sunflower seeds. I loooove the addition of the sunflower seeds!

Croutons are my favorite salad topping!  I'm a very picky eater so there isn't really anything strange that I like on my salad.
