Lover of cookbooks seeks new suggestions

Hi everyone -

I'm a collector of cookbooks. My fiance and I just moved in together and now I/we will be cooking for two nightly. I lean more vegetarian than he does so I'm looking for a good mix but does anyone have any favorite cookbook suggestions geared toward dinners/meals for two? Thanks!

Re: Lover of cookbooks seeks new suggestions

  • I enjoy the Cooking Light cookbooks and I just picked up Weeknights with Giada and I'm excited to try it out! They both have vegetarian recipes, and if the serving size is too big I usually just cut it in half or save the leftovers for lunch during the week. I've also been meaning to pick up the Meat Lover's Meatless cookbook, so I can't say how good it is, but the recipes look good!

  • America's Test Kitchen sells Cooking for Two cookbooks. I have several and love them. They include vegetarian recipes as well.
