Decorating Angled Walls Help!

My husband and I moved into our new 700 sq ft apartment and immediately wanted to start decorating/hanging pictures etc. Unfortunately, most of the walls are angled and prevent us from using the traditional frame and nail technique to hang anything. We are desperate for advice! Our living room a cream color is completely bare and our bedroom a gray color (which also has an angled wall is also bare. Our couch and bed lean up against the angled wall but I still want to figure out what to do with the empty wall space...especially over our bed....Please help :)

Re: Decorating Angled Walls Help!

  • I'm not sure what your room looks like, but I have seen people use tension rods to hang beautiful fabric behind a bed and it looked nice.

  • If you are allowed to paint your apartment, I'd go with some bold accent walls to add some some visual detail since picture hanging is going to be tricky.
