PhilaPhan

How is potty training? I think I am going to start Friday after nap and do a potty boot camp this weekend. I think she's ready, it's just I don't feel like cleaning all that pee and poop from my carpet and couch!

Re: PhilaPhan

  • He's doing fine peeing at home. But he refuses to wear underwear. So he will either run around with no pants all day, and use the potty without accidents, or he insists on wearing a diaper. If he wears a diaper it's hit or miss. Sometime he will take it off and use it, other days he will just pee in it. Number 2 is a no go. He will hold it until he gets a diaper on or has gone on the floor. I haven't been as consistent as I should be though. If we are out running around I put a diaper on him. I think I'm going to just not buy anymore diapers and see how he does and just pray that he will agree to put some underwear on and stop going commando.

Good luck if you start soon! It is like training a puppy though lol. I was cleaning my carpets a few times a day for about the first two weeks and thankfully haven't had do to it recently. Girls are easier than boys too so you may have more luck.

  • I'm hoping it's not too bad. I think I'm going to have her wear underwear and a diaper- that way it will maker her feel the wet, but not ruin my house. I'm not looking forward to this.
