That's exactly what I said.  I don't hate it, but it will take some getting used to.  Anyone know where to find the weather now? I used to just pull down from the top and the 5-day forecast was right there.  Now it's just my calendar and notifications.

@PandPMeant2B they did away with the old weather widget but you should still see a text description of today's weather.  Mine, however, is not displaying the weather and I can't figure out why.  It's possible your phone is doing the same.

Mine did that too. I had to reboot and make sure location services was on. HTH

I also think it looks like an android. But, I like the cleaner look and iPhones have looked the same for so long, it's nice to have a fresh look I think it does take some getting used to!

Thanks @GoodWolf !  I had enabled location services but hadn't tried a reboot after that.  It's showing up now.

Yup, weather is definitely missing. Location services are on and rebooting didn't help.  Oh well, maybe I should just get a weather app lol.

@PandPMeant2B you have location services turned on specifically for the iPhone Weather app, not just Location services in general, right?

You can search for the weather ap in the mean time (it's a system ap). It does take a bit to synch up but hopefully that will pop up for you soon in the notification center so you don't have to keep going to the ap

Uhm... I know I turned general location services on after the update.  How would I do it specifically for the weather app?  I feel like an idiot.

Thanks @LooneyLife! I was a little bummed about that. I even didn't think to look it up, just thought it was a feature they did away with

To utilize the search function, slide your finger down the home screen and the search bar will pop up at the top (make sure you start sliding from the middle, if you go from the top it will drag down the notification center). Search "weather" and voila

ETA: resized image, and yes my weather app is in my 'finance' folder lol. When folders could only hold a few aps, I had limited options...

OK so I have the weather app. But isn't the weather supposed to show up in the notification center too? Mine's not. BTW, thanks for tip on searching; I kept pulling down my notifications until I read you had to do it form the middle!

@PandPMeant2B - Yes, it definitely should be showing in the notification center. I've heard a few people have had this issue. For one reason or another it eventually showed up, there wasn't a specific "fix" so to speak. Try rebooting it now and then for kicks. Hope it shows up soon! Mine took a few hours after the update.

So I have the weather all too, but it's not showing up under Settings>Noticication center, to be able to turn it on/off either. I never had weather there, but now I want it! *stomps feet*

(Sorry if that is what PandP is saying)

Eta- I guess my phone seen my mini tantrum. I now have weather in my notifications. :-)

Glad you both have it sorted out now @PandaPMeant2B and @blueeyedblossom I love the new weather app! Weather here is always changing, so I like to know what to expect, and the updates are so nice - especially the humidity, wind, and "feels like" features (you get those by tapping on the current temp when you're in the weather app)

Does anyone else play words with friends? Is it glitchy for you? When I play a word, it keeps saying sending and I have to close it out and reopen it. I hope it is fixed soon!

There have been reports of the older model phones (below 5) becoming slightly slower.
