Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.   • I didn't do anything yesterday but jump on the kids trampoline at DH's uncle's house.  We do plan on going to this gym this evening though.  It will be a chest workout and then 45 minutes of cardio.  I am now off to charge my ipod.

  • I'm doing to deep clean to my house this week.  That's a workout in it's own for sure!

  • I'm hoping to get back to the gym this week, but just to walk on the treadmill.  I'm still not healed up enough to go back to my full work out routine.

    Diet wise, I'm doing ok.  Last week was good, but had a couple bad meals this weekend.  I'm definitely going to eat good this week because we have a date night planned for Friday, a 30th bday dinner on Saturday night, and brunch Sunday morning.  I'm hoping not to gain 5lbs this weekend!

  • First TOM after BC is kicking my A$$.  I'm going to try walking at lunch everyday so I can go home and crash after work. 

    Monday's walk - DONE!  2.5 miles.

    I was going to take a Pilates class this evening, but I am mentally drained.  I am going to go to the gym tomorrow after work to do 45-60 min of cardio.  Hopefully I'll be able to take the Pilates class Wednesday evening.  I am hoping for gym for more cardio again on Friday.  Saturday, I am doing a color run with SILs (although they already said we're walking).  We signed up in April or May so I am so excited that it's finally here!

    I am still sore from the trapeze class on Thursday which tells me I definitely need to get some upper body and core workouts in soon.
  • I was supposed to have flash mob practice tonight. I called my MIL to double check that we had it and we did, but it was downtown at the field we're actually performing on, not in the parking lot we practiced in last week. I had no way of getting there in time since she didn't call me back until 10 minutes before it started. Oh well. Not sure how much I walked, my fitbit is currently hiding....Also, had a chicken pot pie for dinner. Ugh. But I ate okay for lunch! lol
