We usually host a Halloween party at our house.
2 years ago we dressed as Ricky Bobby and Carley Bobby from Talladega Nights.
Last year our entire group of friends dressed as the Harry Potter cast. I was Hermoine, and H was Ron (because he has red hair).
I'm not sure yet what we're going to dress as this year. We want to do a group dress-up again, and everyone is voting for the cast of How I Met Your Mother.

a few rounds of clomid and femara... no response.
injectables/IUI 12/12... BFN
Feb 13 IVF cycle converted down to IUI due to low follicle response... BFFN
one last IVF attempt April/May 2013: 19 retrieved. 10 fertilized. 2 transferred in a 3dt. 4 frosties... BFP!!
EDD: 1/21/14... Induced early at 36+6. Our LO was born 12/30/13

We dress up to go to a friend's annual halloween party- ironically, not the one we met at, but we've been going to this one together ever since (and haven't been invited to the one where we did meet- but we weren't invited the year we met, either, so that's to be expected).
I PIP'd a thread on my GTKY day with pics from each Halloween since. We typically go for some sort of couples costume.
Shaggy and Velma (with the pup as Scooby Doo), hair dresser and client (but i carried hedge clippers and we butchered a wig and put bandaids all over his neck and face, 2 top heavy oktoberfest beverage servers, etc. More often than not, we don't buy costumes, we either borrow things or come up with something out of what we have. To me, that's where the fun is.
After 2 years of TTC, lots of tests, and a Hysteroscopy/Laparoscopy to remove several polyps,

This year I'm going as Joan from Mad Men.
The last time I "dressed up" was when we went to a family Halloween party. DH tried to throw together a baseball player costume and I went as the coach. We didn't find out about the party until a day or two before and by then it was too late for us to get a costume together.
