Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hey. Can You Guys Help Me Sell My House?
HEY there! After years and years of wishing we'd get orders overseas, they finally came. We're moving a whopping 4 whole hours away to Virginia! Yay. So we need to sell our house here at Fort Bragg in NC, and we're trying to do it FSBO because we just had to replace the HVAC, which was an unexpected expense, to say the least. Obviously I'm a bit biased, but I think our house is pretty fab. If you know anyone moving out this way, could you please pass this on?
(P.S. Glad to see this board is picking up a bit - I posted back in January, didn't see any responses after a week, then gave up. Now I come back and see activity! Kind of exciting.)
