My BBW has arrived!
We welcomed our SON yesterday morning at 8:02! His name is William 'Will' Casey and I can't get over how amazing this little guy is. Long story short,my water broke at about 6:30am on Thursday. We got to the hospital, got checked,only to find that I hadn't dilated at all. So, for the next 24 hours, we tried pitocin, then cervidil, which caused me to have really strong and painful contractions, but my body just didn't want to respond and I still wasn't dilating. We ended up deciding on a c-section rather than trying more pitocin, which may or may not have helped, and while I'm very sore, I'm just so happy to have my son safe in my arms.
