Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Needing muscle and tone routines?
So right now I am going to the gym and have been following Jamie Eason's free program online. The one for gaining muscle. But I am looking to see if anyone has had success on this program or can suggest a different one for toning/gaining muscle. I am tired of looking like a straight board with no definition lol
