Newlywed late honeymoon woes :(

Hello everyone, I'm Carolyn from Montreal, QC! New to the Nest, from the Knot... My husband and I just got married Sept 7 2013, and are planning our late honeymoon due to the fact we had his family here from Italy for 3 weeks, (wasn't romantic mini-moon you could say)....Anyways we are looking around for the perfect honeymoon getaway, Any suggestions on resorts to look at???

There's always Wildwood NJ during the summer months. I know it's real popular with those from Montreal.
Key West is great too, or one of the lesser keys like Largo or Marathon.
It depend what you like to do. If a resort doesn't work out fo you, try a large city in the fall or late spring: NYC, Philadelphia, Chicago, New Orleans, Boston or LA --- or try something like wine country in CA or NYC --- Lake George in NY is nice, too.
