How do you layer your lasagna?
I've always layered with one last set of noodles (3 noodle layers total) and a thin layer of sauce on top. I reread the recipe I always use this morning and realized it doesn't say to do that. It says to end with the sauce layer, no last layer of noodles. I looked up a couple other lasagna recipes and same story. Have I been doing it wrong all these years?!

I actually had lasagna for lunch! yum!
I layer mine with 2 layers of noodles with meat and cheese on top. My meat is already mixed in with the sauce before I layer it. So cheese on top!
