I crapped the bed last week with meal planning, save one night I think. I'm trying to make up for it this week.
Sunday: clean out the fridge/leftovers
Monday: Chicken cordon bleu with roasted asaparagus. Adding a side of roasted beets fro the husband. The chicken has a cream sauce with it that I think negates the need for a starch.
Tuesday: ratatouille in the crockpot for DH and the kid. Leftovers for me.
Wednesday: I have some pork chops to use, not sure how just yet. Probably sides of peas and homemade applesauce.
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: ham, mac and cheese and peas
Saturday: out most likely.
Sunday: hopefully something in the crockpot.

Sunday - Pasta with Spicy Sausage & Mushrooms (great recipe from Martha Stewart!)
Monday - Dinner with J's boss
Tuesday - Tacos (ground turkey)
Wednesday - Either pizza or stromboli w/sausage & rabe (froze a bunch of dough this weekend)
Thursday - Leftover tacos
Friday - I have chicken cutlets, but not sure what to do with them yet
Saturday - Maybe go out?
Su- We ate at his parents. Yay, for Sunday dinner

Mon- I have a roast in the crock pot, carrots, potatoes and biscuits
Tues- Lasagna
Wed- Left Overs
Thurs- Left Overs or Out
Fri- TBD
Sat- Out
Sun- We have a Christening. Hopefully, we eat enought to hold us over for the day. If not, something easy and low key for dinner.
