quick overview: House number one failed septic inspection so that was a no go. We are now on home number two. This home is a nice three bedroom townhouse. It passed inspection with flying colors! The only problem we were having was with the lenders.
Update: Our lenders are horrible! I would not recommend them to anybody! They never get my emails, or papers that I fax so I have to take time out of work to drive up their and hand deliver papers. She even had the nerve to blame the hold up on our real estate agent! They blame everyone for there incompetence. Anywho! Our closing date is the 18th. 11 days! I hope that they have our paperwork finished. Oh yeah! We are using a VA loan. The original asking price was 155, 000, but the VA appraisal came in at 148,000. So we will be buying th house for 148,000 and we will be paying all of our closing costs. And that is where we are at in this whole mess of a home buying process.

I really hope closing happens on the 18th. I never understood why closings are always scheduled for a friday. You only get one shot to have everything and then have to wait over the weekend to try again. My fingers are crossed for you. I am sure you are ready for everything to be done and you can move in!
