you guys are funny. LOL!  I can only hope my 2.5 year old will stop waking me up in the middle of the night crying.

I also can only hope and pray that our current coventry health coverage doesn't go up the roof in premium.  We won't find out til jan.  I've been reading lots of stuff about others that buy their own insurance and how it went up 300% and they are getting less benefits.  I fooled around on the health care calculator and with our income we would only get a small subsidy and our premium would be double what we pay now. I thought this was supposed to be affordable. LOL!

Someone I know said their health insurance is going up $625.00 starting in January due to Obamacare! NICE!

I pray, pray pray ours doesn't!  Does the person you know belong to Humana?  I heard about these things happening to those that are on Humana.  I did get a letter from Coventry saying our plan will still be available.  Some plans have not because of guidelines.  Even if ours does go up, we need to keep it thru Jan so I can get my hernia fixed and then switch.  If they are all that high we probably won't be able to afford it.  Ugh, it sucks!

I don't know their provider. It's an acquaintance I bumped into so I won't be able to ask. Wish I knew too. It's scary! Why are working people getting punished? This will further hurt the economy. I hope yours stays about the same. Hope you get better soon, too.

I have to say the only good thing about it is the pre-existing condition clause going away.  But that's probably why the hike in premiums are happening....spreading the risk.  If the ACA doesn't affect us in a negative way I will be fine with it.  We only pay $200 for our family and it's great coverage.  We refuse to pay more than $400....$350 is pushing it.  We would have to drop our dental insurance to offset the cost.

One can only hope!  I just got a letter from our health insurance that they don't want to pay out on a simple doctor visit for a sinus infection because it may be pre existing.  Now they want medical records...but I won't give it to them.  I wish they would all die and I never say that!

My insurance is not going up (which it did for the last 2-3 years, and it is shit insurance). My In-laws stand to save about 10k. They own a small business.
