How can i make myself work out?
I am such a lazy azz.... I have time to do it and such, but for some reason, I just don't do it. I tell myself every night before going to bed that I am going to get up and go for a run. Or get up and do a work out video. I just cannot seem to get myself up to do it. I obviously have NO self motivation. I am sure there have been plenty of people out there who want to work out but just don't make themselves, so what did you do to overcome that??? I am not big or anything, just a little out of shape over the years... Lol Help me..

Work out at night. Right from your first post, I noticed you seemed more motivated and awake at night. Do it then, while you can, then crash. See how well you sleep after. It will either get you exhausted for a great sleep or energize you. Then you can figure out where to best place it for the future. For now, I say start at night when you have no excuse. Good luck!
P.S. I find that when I am personally trying to start a new work out regime after a few months of being unmotivated, it works better at night. Instead of staying up late on the computer, or revisiting my studies for a recap, I will just do a quick workout and hit the shower before bed, I fall right to sleep because I am not used to using energy like that. Hope it works for you..
I just started working out and it's rough! I've found that I do better in a workout class instead of trying to get up and do it alone. I've made friends and I look forward to seeing them each week. Also, having the class at a scheduled time period really helps because I know at 5pm I need to be at the gym for class. You'll figure it out. First step is get off the couch!!!
