AGH!! About as good as yours. We had a showing last night and one tonight. I believe we are in the 50's for showings now. But we gutted a bathroom and laid new flooring so I am hoping it will improve peoples interest. Maybe bring back some people that were turned off by it in the first place.
Things were slow for about 3 weeks, then two in as many days. My loan officer said it will pick up again soon, but slowed because of the government issues and school starting. Which I can totally see.
Thanks! I have gotten to the point that I dont even get excited anymore. Thankfully I can force my boys to help me clean stuff up, I couldnt imagine doing it with a baby.
Though it has given me a whole new outlook on cleaning my house. Before I was like, oh whatever, I will take care of it this weekend. After doing this for so long, I really like the way the house is clean all the time, even if we dont have a showing. Which I should have been doing all along, but come one, Im lazy and wont even pretend Im not.
I definitely don't get excited anymore either. Letting strangers wander around our house has just become the norm.
I told Shawn the other day that once this is over, we are never moving again LOL. To be honest, it's not the baby that makes it hard to keep the house clean. It's the husband...
