1. I love green beans! I think strawberries.

2. I cannot stand broccoli or asparagus. And beets. I hate pears.

3. I would start a party planning business

4. I am scared of looking out a dark window and seeing someone looking back. All of our windows have blinds and curtains and they must be closed before it gets dark outside.

5. My first pet was a black and white 9 mo old kitten named Ember. My mom adopted her from the humane society for my 5th bday. I loved her so much. We had to put her down when she was 16 because her quality of life was terrible and there was nothing we could do for her. She was my best friend growing up.

6. I would do our master bedroom and bathroom. I have always dreamed of having that luxury, relaxing escape room.

1. What is your favorite veggie? Cooked: broccoli Raw: cucumber Fruit? There aren't many fruits I don't like. Right now, apples. 

2. What is your least favorite veggie? Peas. I hate peas. Fruit? Apricots

3. If you could start your own business what would it be? Party planning for sure. Maybe even wedding planning.

4. What is your irrational fear? Fire. Either the house catching fire while we are sleeping or coming home to the house on fire.

5. Tell us about your first pet. My mom had a budgie when I was born. I don't remember much about it other than it was friendly, playful and happy. 

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do? The kitchen. I would change the cupboard height and color. I would add granite counters and knock down the wall between the kitchen and put a breakfast bar in.

2. What is your least favorite veggie? Fruit? Veggie = asparagus. Fruit = all, if it's cooked. Bleh.

3. If you could start your own business what would it be? A home daycare. I've been thinking about it a lot lately, but my husband would never go for it.

4. What is your irrational fear? The dark. Seriously, if I am walking and you turn out the lights, I freeze. I hate not being able to see where I'm going.

5. Tell us about your first pet. He was a beautiful sheltie named Rudi. We got him when I was about five from the neighbors and we had to put him to sleep when he was about 13 or 14 due to stomach cancer. He was a great dog. Though, he was scared of everything - I suspect the neighbors' kids tortured him because he was so skittish.

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do? Either our Master Bathroom or our kitchen. I would love to remodel the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. In the master bathroom, I would love to basically gut it and put in a new bath/shower, counters, cabinets, etc. I would also LOVE to replace the carpet downstairs with hard wood flooring (though I'd leave the upstairs carpeted, as I like the bedrooms to have carpet).

 6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do?probably our full bath.  It's not awful, but I hate the layout and it could use updating.

1. Favorite veggie is probably carrots, fruit is probably peaches or strawberries.

2. Least favorite veggie is definitely yams/sweet potatoes. Yuck! As far as fruit, I don't really have a least favorite.

3. I'm not sure, probably something related to kids or animals.

4. I am afraid of falling, and I hate swimming in water I can't see the bottom of. If I do swim in it I keep my feet near the surface...lol

5. It was a white rat named Taffy, and it was friends with our cat.

6. Well we are currently remodeling our master bath. After that we'd love to remodel our kitchen, mainly just the light fixtures.

2. What is your least favorite veggie? Fruit? Mushrooms, and I haven't had a fruit I dislike... yet.

3. If you could start your own business what would it be? I was making jewelry for a while and would have loved to start a little business in that, but other things got in the way. It's a therapeutic hobby for me though.

4. What is your irrational fear? It's sad that I have a lot of these, but I would have to say bugs, and dying painfully.

5. Tell us about your first pet. My first pets were cats, BUT my first honest to goodness pet that I bought was a shihpoo puppy named Ben. He was my best buddy for a few months when I first lived on my own, until he got hit by a truck. It devastated me and I still think about him often, knowing I could have prevented that from happening so easily.

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do? My bathroom. I always wanted a "spa-like" oasis I could escape to whenever I wanted to relax and pamper myself.

1. What is your favorite veggie? Fruit?  Favorite veggie is hard!  I would say sweet potatoes.  I can't pick a fruit because I LOVE fruit!  

2. What is your least favorite veggie? Fruit? Mushrooms.  Ewww.  Least fav fruit is probably like honeydew and cantaloupe, although I have been liking them more lately.

3. If you could start your own business what would it be? Something working with animals!  I do have a small side business right now where I do insurance billing for mental health therapists!

4. What is your irrational fear? That the house will catch on fire while I am not home and my dogs won't be able to get out!

5. Tell us about your first pet. When I was born we had two cats and a dog!  The dog was a German Shepard named Abby.  The cats were Snickers and Fritter.

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do? We are currently living with my mom and having a house built...so I guess my answer is n/a at the moment!

3. If you could start your own business what would it be? I'd open a preschool for children with special needs or a coffee shop... I'd love to do both one day.

4. What is your irrational fear? Snakes and touching velcro. I hattteee velcro.

5. Tell us about your first pet. His name was Snuffy (yes, from Sesame Street) and hew as a black cat. I don't remember him that well, we only had him for like a month before my dad's allergy to cats went insane and then we took him to my grandmother's house to live in the barn. Ironically, I'm now deathly allergic to cats and haven't owned one since. He was awesome though, he ate food with his paws.

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do? I'd re do our kitchen. I have huge plans when we buy a house and I can finally have the kitchen of my dreams. Industrial gas stove and oven, a convection oven... built in cookbook storage, a marble counter space for doing pastry work... cork floors... copper pots and pans... DH and I need better jobs so I can afford my kitchen.

1. What is your favorite veggie? Fruit?  Veggie would probably be lettuce (I like salads). Fruit would be a mango. YUM!

2. What is your least favorite veggie? Fruit? Brussel Srouts. Not sure. I like everything.

3. If you could start your own business what would it be?  Probably something to do with traveling.

4. What is your irrational fear?  Being trapped. I can't even stand to have H sleep with his leg across my legs. Too confining.

5. Tell us about your first pet.  It was a black lab/collie mix named BJ.  She lasted for 16 years, and was a pretty good dog. She was a farm dog and was outside.

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do? My kitchen! All new cabinets, put skylights in, granite countertops, double oven, and commercial range top.

Fruit? Oranges maybe. I used to love cherries and plums, but when I was pregnant with DD all stone fruits started making my lips tingle and throat itch....sigh.

5. Tell us about your first pet. A hamster named Houdini. He was our class pet in second grade and at the end of the year they raffled him off to all the kids in the class whose parents gave permission. My parents gave permission figuring there wasn't much of a chance of winning. Well only one other girl's parents gave permission - haha.

He was not a nice hamster. You couldn't touch him or he would bite you. And he escaped from his cage many times, hence his name. He also knew how to ram his exercise ball into things or down the stairs so it would pop open and he'd run out so we had to start taping it shut when we put him in there. He ended up also living well past the average age for a hamster. Good times.

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do?
Probably the kitchen. I'd just try to make it bigger, add a double oven, new fridge, more counter space, a more grand stovetop, and granite slab countertops.

1. What is your favorite veggie? Fruit? I'm a big veggie person but my favorite is....ummm, so hard to choose one green beans. Not a big fruit fan but I'd say banana.

2. What is your least favorite veggie? Fruit?
However, I do not like cauliflower. I don't like papaya.

4. What is your irrational fear? sharks in a pool. I do not swim alone. and the monster eating my foot if dangle it off the bed.

5. Tell us about your first pet. She was a shepard lab mix. I've also had many many cats.

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do. The kitchen! it's the original 90's kitchen complete with blue tile and fluorescent lighting.

5. Tell us about your first pet. kitten named cc.. She got hit by a car when I was 2 or 3 but mom told me she ran away. I asked then why there was a kitten that looked just like her dead on the road. I remember the look on mom's face to this day. What do you say to that? )

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do? If I could just trade it for a single story that would be lovely. But I know that wasn't the question. lol.. I think I'd extend out our nook area so we could fit a round dining table for 5. This would mean we didn't have to trek to the formal dining area once this one arrives.

I totally forgot about tomatoes because I never know whether they are a fruit or veggie. They are my least favorite food of all time!

Oh and the monster that will eat your foot dangling off the bed. That is a good one!

I had my own in home daycare but it only lasted for 6 months so if you have any questions feel free to ask!

Oh and I would also love to open a coffee shop and I think I probably will down the road but around here the competition is too much. The party planning thing is just a dream...I won't ever actually act on that one.

Veggie - raw onions and mushrooms. Fruit - honeydew. I'm not huge on melons in general and honeydew is the most pointless one.

3. If you could start your own business what would it be? My own restaurant with a co-worker or a no-kill animal shelter

4. What is your irrational fear? Mine is weird I think. We have tack boards in the hallway at work. Sometimes if you walk by quickly the wind causes the papers to rise up and I am afraid they will paper cut my eyes. Totally irrational.

5. Tell us about your first pet. - A black dog named T.J. Hooker. My mom loved that show. He used to eat the butt on my diapers apparently.

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do. The kitchen. It's not bad at all but I would definitely replace the appliances and the faucet.

3. If you could start your own business what would it be? something crafty, or a cake decorating business with my friend.

4. What is your irrational fear? Heights, and things hiding under my bed...lol

Tell us about your first pet. my first pet with DH was a fluffy little kitty named Rondo, he was the most amazing cat I have ever "met" at 18months he became lethargic and ost a ton of weight, we found out he had FIP anincurable disease and we had to put him down. I still miss his fuzzy little face  

6. If you could remodel one room in your house which would you choose and what would you do? My master bathroom, in theory its great, nice big soaker tub stand shower big vanity, its a waste of space. I would take out the tub and the shower and put in a big walk in tiled shower with a seat and multiple shower heads and a linnen closet and two sinks on the large vanity.

@thecuddleeffect the same thing happened with my first kitty with DH. His name was Tito and he was the most amazing cat ever. He thought he was part Pit Bull. We were told he had all his shots but it turned out he hadn't and he got sick and turned out it was Kitty Parvo and he passed away. It was very traumatic for me and I still have pictures of him up on our walls. He was our dog's best friend and it was so sad and our pup has never had another buddy like that.
