DG posted the link to this video on FB. It's her and Ron Moore at a panel promoting the show at NY Comic Con. The video quality is shoddy at best but the audio is decent.

The video at the beginning with the actors playing Jamie & Claire.
Someone asked if they were going to subtitle the Gaelic and Ron said absolutely not. The actors are learning to speak it properly but as the story is told from Claire's perspective and it's a foreign language to her, it will be a foreign language to the viewer.
Ron talking about his inspiration to work on project being that it's his wife's favorite book for the last 20 years and she made him read it. He says now it's his responsibility not to ruin his wife's favorite book. :x
DG talking about how the story started with Jamie and how Claire came to be Claire. Apparently the reason there's time travel at all is because Claire refused to talk like an 18th century woman when she met the group of Scotsmen. :P
Someone asking Ron if he knows which storylines or characters may be cut for time constraints. He said the show is pretty much the book straightforward and DG confirmed she hasn't noticed anything missing.
Someone asking Ron since the show is on Starz exactly how graphic can we expect the show to be (implying in regards to sex). His response, "Well, you've read the book."
