I've been meaning to ask you how your wedding cake was last week. Was it worth eating or did it taste bad? I just remembered I have cake in the freezer for tomorrow night from last year. Our top layer was too big to be saved so our baker made us a one year anniversary cake last year instead of us freezing anything. I was expecting something small, but it was actually huge, just like our original top layer....so we ended up freezing half for this year. Hopefully the directions hubby followed for wrapping it have kept it good!!!

Re: Mana
It was actually really good! My mom wrapped it for us and had it in her big freezer. She put like a pound of plastic wrap around it, then reynold's wrap. I had it defrosting in our refridgerator for a few days, then unwrapped it put it on the counter Sunday morning and we ate a piece that night. A girl on my month board posted an ehow article about doing it.
I hope yours is good too!
